1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Pet sprays or grooming products
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
2. Return Authorization
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Poocii is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refund approval or rejection will be determined after inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original method of payment.
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- The item shows signs of use
- The item is not in original condition
- Parts are missing not due to our error
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Poocii reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
