1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment. During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Incorrect shipping information

Poocii is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

3. Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Poocii is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Refused shipments
  • Additional fees charged by customs authorities

Failure to pay required fees may result in delayed delivery or returned packages.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but cannot be located, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Poocii is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses
  • Packages returned due to address errors
  • Lost packages caused by incorrect information

Returned orders may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Poocii is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost or delayed, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Replacement or refund decisions are made at Poocii’s discretion.

8. Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, customers must retain all packaging materials and contents for carrier inspection.

Damage claims must be submitted according to carrier requirements. Failure to comply may result in claim denial.

9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability or fulfillment location. Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination regulations. Poocii reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be shipped to specific locations.

11. Policy Updates

Poocii reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
