Poocii offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit a return request. Any return requests submitted after 30 days will not be refunded or exchanged.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Return authorization must be approved before items are sent back
Please do not send your purchase back until you have received return authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized products, including but not limited to custom collars and leashes.
- Items that are not in original condition, are used, or are damaged due to customer handling.
Because these items are made specifically for your pet, all custom sales are final, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you after review. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you ordered the wrong non-custom item, we are happy to exchange the new, unused product, but all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- Refunds apply to the purchase price of returned items only and do not include original shipping charges.
- Poocii may provide a return shipping label for convenience, but full payment for return shipping is required before issuance.
